Terms of Service
Effective [DATE]. Last updated 16 October 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Goleada (the "Service"). That covers the live stadium, the table, the curva, the buy form and checkout. By using the Service, ordering players or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, do not use the Service and do not pay for players.
Operator and contact
The Service is run by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [sole proprietor / company], based in Italy at [ADDRESS], VAT / tax code [NUMBER] ("we", "us", "our").
Orders, refunds, listing notices and questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
What the Service is
Goleada is a football match that is simulated live around the clock, and every visitor watches the same match. You pay to send players onto the pitch for a team, and a team is a website. When a team scores, play stops and the team's name, logo and a link to its site are shown. Each team also holds a section of the stands, in proportion to its share of the players on the pitch.
Players are paid promotional placements. They are not editorial picks, reviews or endorsements. The match is a computer simulation with random elements: more players make goals more likely, but they do not decide them. A payment buys players on the pitch, for as long as stated below. It does not buy goals, a position in the table, a section of the stands of any given size, screen time, viewers, clicks, customers, search ranking or any other result. Other people can buy more players than you.
Goleada is not betting or a game of chance. The stands are shared out by players, not by goals. Goals and the daily table come from the simulation and carry no prize. Nothing on Goleada can be exchanged for money, goods or credit, and there is no balance to withdraw.
How players work
- Price. The price of each player depends on how many players are on the pitch, or held by open orders, when you order. It goes from $0.10 on an empty pitch to $10 when the stadium is full:
p(n) = $0.10 + $9.90 × (n / 110,000)². The total is shown before you pay and is held for 30 minutes. If it moves in the meantime, you are shown the new price and asked again. We never charge more than the total you confirmed. - Minimum order. An order costs at least $1.10. On an empty pitch that is 11 players. As the price rises the minimum drops, down to a single player once one costs $1.10 or more. The form always shows the current minimum.
- Capacity. The stadium holds up to 110,000 players. An order that does not fit is refused before you pay.
- Duration. Players stay on the pitch for good: as long as Goleada runs. "For good" is not a promise that Goleada will run forever. If we ever close it, we will announce it on the site at least 30 days in advance.
- Days. Goals and the table reset every day at midnight, Rome time. Players stay through the reset.
- Teams are shared. A team is identified by its website address, with or without
www.. If the site already has a team, your players join it, and the team keeps its name, colours and logo. Anyone can buy players for any team. Nobody owns a team, and paying does not give you control over one. - Stands. Each team's section of the stands follows its share of the players currently on the pitch. A section needs room for a banner and a logo, so a team with few players next to much bigger ones may get no section at all. Sections change as players walk on. They do not depend on goals.
- Visibility. Players get smaller as the crowd grows. Where your players run, how visible they are and how often they score all depend on the match.
We may change the price formula, the capacity, the duration, the simulation or the look of the Service. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.
- You may not use the Service if the laws of Italy, the European Union, the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction prohibit you from receiving it, including trade sanctions.
Payments and taxes
Our order process is run by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for all our orders. Dodo Payments takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles the taxes, and its own terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Completing checkout is an offer to buy the number of players shown, at the price shown. Your order is confirmed when the payment is confirmed, and your players walk on at that moment. Your places and your price are held for 30 minutes. If you pay after that, your players still walk on if there is room. If there is no room, we refund you in full. The link you come back to after paying contains your order number. That is your receipt, so keep it.
No refunds
All payments are final and not refundable. Players are a digital service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. None of the following gives you a refund:
- scoring few goals or none;
- losing your place in the table;
- your section of the stands shrinking, moving or disappearing as other teams grow;
- the midnight reset;
- your players shrinking as the crowd grows;
- fewer views or clicks than you hoped for;
- downtime;
- removal for a breach of these Terms.
By completing checkout, you ask us to start the service immediately. You acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent that the law allows you to give it up. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it.
There is one exception: if a payment went through but your players never walked on, we refund it in full.
Chargebacks, payment disputes and reversed payments without a legal basis are a breach of these Terms. In that case we may remove the players that payment bought and refuse you further use of the Service.
Your warranties
By entering a website or paying for players, you confirm that:
- if you create a new team, you own the site or are authorised to represent it, and you have the right to show its name and logo and to send visitors there;
- you are not impersonating another person, brand or company;
- you are not creating a team for a competitor's site, or anyone else's, without their permission;
- the site and what it offers comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer, privacy, intellectual-property and regulated-industry rules;
- the site is not malware or phishing, is not a scam, and is not designed to deceive visitors;
- the site shows who is legally responsible for it, as the law that applies to it requires.
Prohibited teams and use
You may not create a team for, or use the Service for:
- sexual, pornographic or adult content or platforms;
- chat, invite or group links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and similar), or link shorteners that hide the real destination;
- content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful or violent, or that exploits children;
- offensive, blasphemous or vulgar team names;
- counterfeit goods, unauthorised streaming, or other infringement of copyright, trademark or other rights;
- gambling or betting;
- financial, medical, weapons-related or other offers that need a licence you do not hold;
- interfering with the Service. This includes attacking or overloading it, scraping beyond ordinary viewing, trying to manipulate the match or exploit bugs, bypassing rate limits, placing automated orders without our written permission, and reverse engineering beyond what mandatory law allows.
Moderation and removal
New logos and links stay hidden until we have reviewed them. Until then, the team plays under its name with a plain crest.
We may refuse, delay, hide, rename or permanently remove any team, name, logo, link or player, with or without notice. We do so when we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken, when a rights holder complains, when we cannot tell who runs the site, or when a team creates legal, security or reputational risk. When we act on a team, we tell the buyer why if we can reach them. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
Notices and complaints
If you believe a team infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, or that a site on the pitch is unlawful, email [CONTACT EMAIL] with:
- your name and contact details;
- the team's name and website;
- a description of the problem;
- a statement that your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
We may hide the team while we review your notice. We may share the notice with the buyer, and we may ignore repeated or abusive notices. If you own a site and simply do not want it on Goleada, tell us and we will take its team off.
Third-party names and logos
To show a team, we read public information from its website: name, title, description, logo, icon, Open Graph image and theme colour. We use it only to identify the site on Goleada, to show visitors where a team's link leads, and to run and moderate the Service. We use third-party names and logos solely to identify the site they belong to. Showing them does not mean we are affiliated with the site or that it endorses us, unless whoever paid for the team is the site itself.
Goleada, its logo and the look of the Service are ours. You may not copy the Service or use our brand in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Licence you grant us
For the material you submit and the public information we read from your site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence. It lets us host, cache, reproduce and adapt that material (resizing and cropping logos, choosing colours) and display it publicly. It applies for as long as needed to operate the Service, to promote it (for example in screenshots and clips of the match) and to keep an archive of it, such as past champions.
No endorsement, no earnings claims
A team on the pitch is not our opinion of a site. We do not check that the sites, their claims or their offers are true. Viewer counts, goals and tables describe what our systems recorded. They are not a promise of any outcome for you.
Links to teams' sites take you away from Goleada, and those sites have their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for them. Links to teams are marked as sponsored and nofollow, so they do not help a site's search ranking.
Availability and changes
We provide the Service as it is. It may be unavailable, slow or wrong at times. We may change, pause or discontinue features. We may also update these Terms, and when we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. An order you have already paid for stays under the Terms that applied at checkout, unless the law requires a change, or a change is needed to deal with a security or legal risk.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law permits, we give no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that names, logos, scores or counts will be accurate or complete. Consumers keep the legal guarantees the law gives them.
Limitation of liability
We do not limit liability that the law says we cannot limit, including liability for intent or gross negligence (art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code), for death or personal injury, and under mandatory product-liability rules. Subject to that:
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill or other indirect or consequential damages;
- our total liability for a claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity
To the extent the law permits, you will indemnify us against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees that arise from any of the following:
- your team or your site;
- your payment or chargeback;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your infringement of someone else's rights.
This does not apply to consumers, to the extent that consumer law forbids it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protection of the law of the country where you live still applies, and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live. If you are not a consumer, the courts of [CITY], Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is replaced by the valid term closest to its intent. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them together with the Service.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the order details you confirm at checkout are the entire agreement. Payments, hosting and the reading of websites involve third parties, and their outages and decisions are outside our control.
